These parties are for ladies of all shapes and sizes and any age so please don't be shy or worry that you will be the odd one out. You are not too old, too unfit, or too out of shape - the pole party experience is adapted to suit everyone. The important thing is that you just have fun!

What is a pole party?

It's a super fun girls' night "in"! You invite your girlfriends to your home and we bring the pole, music, and accessories. Together we create an amazing evening of empowerment, fun, and memories. Pole dancing parties are a popular way to celebrate birthdays, retirements, your divorce, or any other excuse you can think of to have a great time! They are also wonderful as an alternative or in addition to the traditional bachelorette bar scene... all that we ask is that you please have your pole party before your pub crawl. ;)

What happens at the party?

The Fun Facilitator will arrive about a half hour prior to the start of the party to set up. When everyone is ready to start, she will explain pole safety and give a liability waiver to each participant to sign. You will learn 8 - 10 pole moves including the dramatic Fireman spin, along with some sexy floor work. Every guest will get plenty of "hands-on" time with the pole.

Do we have to strip?

Definitely not! Our pole parties are all about a fun night with the girls and unleashing your feminine power. No stripping involved. The only things that usually come off are sweaters and socks.

How many people can I have at my party?

We allow a maximum of 15 women. This is for safety, and also everyone gets enough pole time.

How long will by party be?

The party lasts approximately 2 - 2.5 hours.

Will the pole damage my ceiling or floor?

Our portable poles are friction mounted via a rubber pad that fits over the ceiling joist so there is no damage to your ceiling whatsoever. We can install the pole on either carpet or flooring, again with no damage.

Please note:

Our portable poles can accommodate FLAT, sturdy ceilings from 8 to 10 feet high (no vaulted or dropped ceilings). If your ceilings do not meet these specifications, please contact us to see if there is an alternate way for us to host your party.

What should we wear?

We request that the women wear whatever they feel comfortable in. It's all about having FUN! They can wear anything from workout clothes, to fishnet stockings and boas, to stretchy jeans and a t-shirt, whatever they feel comfortable playing in. But remember this is POLE DANCING! So wear something that makes you feel SEXY! The more skin, the better since it helps you grip the pole. There is no nudity.

I think everyone might be nervous... can we have a few drinks to loosen up?

For your maximum safety and enjoyment we request no before or drinking during the party (except for the last 1/2 hour!) - you need your balance to Pole Dance! We realize that everyone is in a celebratory mood and we want you to have loads of fun. But to keep it enjoyable and safe and so your guests get the most out of it we say, "Pole dancing is not an alcohol related activity". If the presenter feels that someone's judgment or balance has been impaired by alcohol, she reserves the right to not allow that person on the pole. It's just too dangerous.

Is there an age restriction?

All women are welcome at our pole parties. The moves we teach you are suitable for beginners and safety is our biggest priority. We can adapt any of our dance moves if necessary so that everyone will have success. The only age restriction is young women who are 18 and under - for this we will need a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver on their behalf.

Are men allowed at the parties?

Nope, women only! Sorry guys!
We get asked this all the time. Our parties are all about fun and empowerment for women. We have found that with men in a pole dancing environment, the whole focus shifts from the women's experience to the men's entertainment. We want all women at the party to feel comfortable and so we ask the guys to find something else to do.

What will my party cost?

Parties hosted Mon - Thurs cost $250.00 for up to 10 ladies ($20 for each additional person). Parties hosted Fri - Sun cost $300.00 for up to 10 ladies ($25 for each additional person). Split between you, that is just $25.00-30.00 per person. That is much less than the cost of a typical girls' night out and we're willing to bet you'll have more fun! You are welcome to have fewer ladies than this, though the same rate will still apply. Please note that we charge a $100.00 booking fee to hold your date (applied toward the price of the party).

What if I have to cancel or postpone my party?

Your booking fee will be applied to a future date of your choice (subject to availability)
If you cancel, your booking fee is non-refundable.

I heard you can't wear lotion, is that true?

Yes it is! Please do not wear lotion, oils, or body sprays the day of the party. It makes the pole too slippery and can be dangerous. Also, please do not wear any jewelry (particularly belts and rings) as they may scratch the pole.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes, (220 lbs. for spinning on the pole) but with a few modified moves, our "more-to-love" guests will still learn plenty of sexy moves with the pole.

Can a guest just watch?
No. For the comfort of the other guests, we request that there be no spectators at the party. Every woman attending will be considered a participant and will be counted into the pricing as such. If someone is a bit shy, don't worry... we can bring her out of her shell!

How do I book my party?

To book your party date, a $100.00 booking fee must be paid by check, money order, or through PayPal (which accepts credit cards). The remaining amount is due the evening of the party, in the form of one check from the hostess before the party begins.
